THIS AGREEMENT made this 16th day of June, 2015, by and between the City of Millville, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as “the Municipality” and GEI Consultants, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”. Consultant shall perform services on behalf of the Municipality as well as the other members of the PRP Group at the former Airwork facility located within the Municipality pursuant to the proposal submitted by Consultant dated 3/20/15 which incorporates by reference the existing Professional Services Agreement between ARCADIS and the Municipality and the other members of the PRP Group dated 8/30/13;
