In recognition of the budgetary constraints faced by municipalities, the Attorney will work closely with the CRC and legislative leadership to ensure that the Attorney’s time is spent wisely. The Attorney will not represent the CRC, BOR, the City or any other board, agency, commission or department of the City in any litigation or other judicial or adversarial proceeding, or otherwise exceed the Scope of Services as defined herein, without prior authorization from the City’s Corporation Counsel.
