This research agreement is entered into on May 1, 2015 between the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System on behalf of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, a public educational institution of the State of Wisconsin, hereinafter referred to as "the University", and the here in after referred to as "the Sponsor".
