The Community Development Committee voted unanimously to approve the Construction Area Staging License Agreement with Market Lofts, LLC for a primary staging area in the public parking lot south and west of 80th and Marty Streets and a secondary construction staging area in the public parking lot north and east of 80th and Marty Streets in support of a construction project located at 7300 West 80th Street in downtown Overland Park.
