ADOPTION AGREEMENT #03001Adoption Agreement • December 4th, 2014
The undersigned Employer hereby adopts the Sponsor's Profit-Sharing Plan in the form of a Volume Submitter Plan, as set out in this Adoption Agreement and the Defined Contribution Plan Document #03 and agrees that the following definitions, elections and terms shall be part of such Plan. Where applicable certain Items have a default provision indicated below the Item number that will apply if no election is made by the Employer.
