The membership interests are represented by Class A shares (the “Shares”) of aShareX Fine Art Series __ (the “Series”), a series established by the Company to acquire the Artwork. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Company’s Offering Circular dated as of the date of its qualification by the SEC, as supplemented from time to time (the “Offering Circular”).
