This Contract to provide dispute resolution services for .us domain space (“Contract”) sets forth the basic terms and conditions of the agreement between (“Dispute Provider”) and NeuStar, Inc. (collectively with its affiliates, “NeuStar”), each of which is referred to as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.” The full execution of this Contract creates a binding agreement between the Parties.
