THIS EQUITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated March 25, 2009, is between RBID.com, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("RBID" or "Buyer"); GLA International, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("GLA" or the "Company"), and Kenyatto Jones ("SHAREHOLDER").
