THIS ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is dated this day of May 2021 and is by and between the VILLAGE OF POPLAR GROVE, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Village”), and SABEL MECHANICAL, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Contractor”) and is intended to amend the Agreement dated April 27, 2021 between the Village and Contractor.
