This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date first set forth above (the “Effective Date”), by and between Jyo Co., Ltd., a Japanese Corporation (the “Company”) and HeartCore Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“PMO”).
