Customer has requested TonerMax, Inc. and/or one or more of its affiliated companies (collectively the “Company”) to extend to Customer revolving credit on an open account (the “Open Account”) to be utilized for the purchase of products from the Company, and the Company is willing to do so on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
