This First Amendment to Forbearance Agreement (this “Amendment”) is dated as of August 15, 2013 and is between Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under the Indenture and with regard to the Bonds (as those terms are defined below) (the “Trustee”) and North Star Charter School, Inc., a nonprofit corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Idaho (“Borrower;” either or both of the Borrower and the Trustee, a “Party” or the “Parties”). This Amendment amends that Forbearance Agreement related to the Bonds, dated as of June 6, 2013, and between the Parties (the “Forbearance Agreement”).
