This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service are for the “Software as a Service” (SaaS) version of MDI Cloud™ document management software and is a legal and binding contract (referred to as this “Agreement”) between you, as the user (hereafter referred to as “you” and “your”), and Storetec Services Limited (hereafter referred to as “Storetec”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You should accept this Agreement by clicking the appropriate button or proceeding to use the software, and not immediately cancelling your subscription.
