A Letter of Acknowledgment will be sent to Guest upon receipt of Security Deposit, Reservation Deposit and signed Rental Agreement. Letter of Confirmation will be sent to Guest upon receipt of Final Payment. No Reservation is effective until receipt of Final Payment.
