This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) between City of Rolling Hills (“Client”), located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA 90274 and Absolute Security International, Inc., a California Corporation, D.B.A. Absolute International Security (“Service Provider”) with offices located at 4255 Tyler Avenue, El Monte, CA 91731. The Client and Service Provider are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
