The following shall represent our contract-agreement for the current year effective now and ending December 31, 2019. Upon your appointment as approved by the Governing Body/Executive Board your continued participation in our program will be dependent upon your support of this agreement, the Member Contract Agreement and SGYF By-Laws; including those required by OEC-POP WARNER.
