This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2010 by and between ASHLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 5, hereinafter referred to as “School District,” and THE CITY OF ASHLAND, an Oregon municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City.”
