This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and is entered into to apply together with all agreements in the course of which Trimble Inc or it Affiliates process Personal Data on behalf of the Customer and its Authorized Affiliates, such as License, Subscription, Services, Support and Maintenance or any other written agreement or agreement in text form (the “Agreements”) for purchase from Trimble of software as a service (including associated Trimble offline or mobile applications), hosting, support and similar data processing services, and defined as “Services” or otherwise in the Agreement(s) or hereinafter.
