WHEREAS the Tåîchô, the Government of the Northwest Territories and Canada have entered into the Tåîchô Agreement which provides that the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council and Canada will sign a financing agreement, to be for a term of at least five years from the effective date of the Tåîchô Agreement, which sets out the amounts of money to be provided by Canada to the Tåîchô Government towards the cost of establishing and operating the Tåîchô Government and its institutions including any role identified for it or them under an intergovernmental services agreement;
