This CONTRACT (hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made between Slovak Environment Agency (SEA), on the one hand, , having its offices at Tajovskeho 28, 975 90 Banska Bystrica, Slovak Republic, on behalf of the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for Central and Eastern Europe in Slovakia (BCRC- Slovakia), having its offices at Karloveska 2, 840 00, Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter called the “Client”), represented by Director General and, on the other hand, Mrs. Natalia Efros, passport number (hereinafter called the “Consultant”), having its principal place of business at str. Hajdeu 98/1 apt 25, mun. Chişinău, Republic of Moldova (hereinafter called the “Consultant”).
