Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. Digitally signing this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and creates a binding and enforceable contract between the user and the WDH. This Agreement can be accessed at any time by clicking on the User Agreement link at https://wyir.health.wyo.gov. Failure to follow the terms and conditions for use of the WyIR, whether listed below or in bulletins posted at various points in the WyIR, may result in suspension or termination of access to the WyIR with or without notice.
