This will confirm the agreement reached at negotiations for the 2011-2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement (“Agreement”) between the State of New York-Unified Court System (“Court System”) and the New York State Court Clerks Association (“Union”) that the following employees in your bargaining unit will continue to receive the waiver provided for in the third sentence of Section 9.2(d) of the 2003-2007 collective bargaining agreement.
