This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the [RouteSmart Technologies, Inc. Quotation Terms and Conditions] ("Agreement") entered by and between you, the Customer (as defined in the Agreement) (collectively, "you", "your", "Customer"), and RouteSmart Technologies, Inc. ("RouteSmart", "us", "we", "our") to reflect the parties' agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by RouteSmart solely on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the "Parties" and each, a "Party".
