THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into between the Brown County Regional Communications Center, a joint powers cooperative established by the County of Brown, South Dakota, a political subdivision of the State of South Dakota, and the City of Aberdeen, a South Dakota municipal corporation (such cooperative hereafter referred to as the “Center”), and separate business entities, which will collectively be referred to as “Removal Agencies” and will individually be referred to as a “Removal Agency”, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
