WHEREAS, Plaintiff Daisy Hernandez ("Plaintiff'') and Defendant Lyneer Staffing Solutions, LLC ("Defendant") (collectively the "Parties") have entered into a Class Action Settlement Agreement ("Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
