This ATLAS CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT (together with the Exhibit attached hereto, this “Agreement”) effective as of the date of the last signature of the parties below (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between NEUROSURGICAL ATLAS, INC., an Indiana non- profit corporation (“Neurosurgical”), having a place of business at 355 W. 16th Street, Suite 5100, Indianapolis, IN 46202, and the licensee specified below (“Licensee”). The parties hereby agree as follows:
