This Annex shall be for the purpose of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (Gulfstream) requests to partner with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) to conduct water ingestion testing for Gulfstream aircraft to include the GVIII-7C, G800, and G400. WFF contains the only facility in North America that can provide the use of a runway that provides little or no slope and crown required for water ingestion testing. NASA GSFC WFF has certain facilities and capabilities which may be used to assist the United States industry in developing commercial products and services, and this testing can further NASA’s aeronautical research of aircraft safety requirements.
