This Agreement for Indigent Criminal Defense Services (“Agreement”) shall take effect on the day of , (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Lynden, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and attorney Jason Smith, North County Public Defense, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” collectively referred to as “Parties,” is for the purpose of providing attorney services outlined herein.
