THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into between you, your former spouse (hereafter “Client” or “Clients”) and QDRO Helper. This contract is required by Bus. & Prof.C. §6148 and is intended to satisfy the requirements of that statute. The terms of this Contract will control all services performed by QDRO Helper until termination of this Contract.
