These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Intelligo Group USA Corp. and its affiliates d/b/a INTELLIGO (“INTELLIGO”, “we”, “our”) and you (the “User(s)”, or “you”) and govern your access to our online automated due diligence platform operating under the name “Intelligo-Clarity" (the “Platform”), and your use of the services (“Service(s)”). Each User may use the Platform and the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder.
