Parties may adhere to these IFXCO Terms (the “Terms”) and be bound by their terms by completing and exchanging with each other an agreement that these Terms shall govern FX Transactions and Currency Option Transactions between them substan- tially in the form of the IFXCO Adherence Agreement published with these Terms (the “Adherence Agreement”).
