This Farmgate Addendum (“Addendum”) is made effective as of November 27th, 2019 as an addendum to that certain Grower Agreement dated November 27th, 2019 (attached hereto and as modified by this Addendum, the “Agreement”), between Northwest Nursery Improvement Institute (“NNII”) and [Grower Name] (“Grower”).
