Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Licensor (TDG) has and does by these presents license unto Licensee during the term hereof the Grand Hall or portions thereof of the Texas Discovery Gardens in Fair Park, Dallas, Texas for use by Licensee. Licensee is not permitted to modify any exhibits/displays or to restrict public access into Texas Discovery Gardens during normal business hours. The administrative offices are not available as a secured area or changing area. Restriction of public access or modification of any exhibits/displays will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
