For and in consideration of permission granted by the Pelicans to the undersigned to participate in Pelicans’ dance team auditions and related activities (hereinafter “Auditions”), the value and benefit of which is acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases, discharges, and indemnifies, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Pelicans, their agents, employees, officers, owners, successors, and assigns, and where applicable, owners and lessors of the venue where the Auditions are held (together, “Releasees”), from all claims, loss, actions, causes of action, and judgments, whether presently existing or to accrue, for all personal injuries or other damages, known or unknown, caused by or arising out of the Auditions regardless of who is responsible for same.
