By signing this Appearance Release (“Agreement”) I am consenting to allow Kelly Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Kelly”) to use and publicize my likeness, voice, photograph, picture, portrait, signature, or name in any photograph, image, video, motion picture, performance, or sound recording (collectively, “recordings”) for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, or marketing purposes. I understand and give Kelly my permission for such use and publicity for such purposes, according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Waiver and Release (”Agreement”).
