The Authorising Officer on behalf of the Charity Applicant seeking registration to access the Good360 Australia Ltd GivingPlace, (“you”) understand and agree that this is a contract for your receipt and use of certain items that were donated to Good360 Australia by certain corporations and/or other donors (the “Donated Goods”). You agree and affirm that you are a registered charity and that as a result of your registration with the Good360 Australia Ltd GivingPlace, you are eligible to receive certain Donated Goods from Good360 Australia. You agree that you will use the Donated Goods in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below.
