Please read these Clear Mobile, LLC (“Clear Wireless”) Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) carefully. Clear Wireless is a service of Global Connection Inc. of America. This Agreement is legally binding between you and Clear Wireless and becomes effective when you opt-in or enroll into Clear Wireless Wireless’s ACP service, use the Clear Wireless ACP service, or make a change to your account. These terms and conditions contain important information about your legal rights and require that certain disputes be resolved through Arbitration instead of a court trial. Clear Wireless reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications to this Agreement will be binding upon you, once posted on the Clear Wireless website at www.clearwireless.com. You should check the Clear Wireless website regularly for updates to this Agreement.
