These terms and conditions (the “Booking Contract”) are between and shall bind the property owner or manager (“we”, “us” and “our”) and the holidaymaker(s) who book our property (the “Property”) through the Holiday Lettings website (each a “Booking”). References to “you” or “your” are references to the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party.
