Special Terms under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) 3. Acknowledgement of the National Rental Affordability Scheme — The Tenant acknowledges and understands that it is a fundamental condition of this Agreement that the Tenant comply and continue to comply with the requirements of an Eligible Tenant stated within ……………Initial the NRAS Requirements.
