This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 25th day of May in the year 2021 by and between the RANCHO SANTIAGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and IDS GROUP, INC., hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT.” This AGREEMENT shall include all terms and conditions set forth herein.
