This INCREMENTAL NATURAL GAS FACILITES AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 14th day of August, 2009, by and between SOUTHWEST GAS CORPORATION, a California corporation, herein called the “Utility” and THE CITY OF NORTH LAS VEGAS, herein called the “Customer” (referred to each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
