This Addendum (this “Addendum”) to the agreement previously entered into on the 31st day of March, 2020 by and between the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT NO. 515, Counties of Cook and Will, State of Illinois, commonly known as Prairie State College (“Board”) and THOMAS D. SABAN, Ph.D. (“Interim President”) (the “Agreement”) is attached to and made a part of the Agreement. The Board and the Interim President may hereinafter be referred to separately as a Party and jointly as the Parties.
