Evan Robinson trading as EJR Design has inter alia specialised skills and experience and facilities in designing of websites on the World Wide Web component of the Internet. It is recorded that the Client wishes to host its website on EJR Design’s Server on the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and EJR Design wishes to host the Client’s website, subject to the provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions set out hereafter.
