THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE WARRANT CERTIFICATE CERTIFIES that, for value received, Richard O. Weed (the “Holder”), is entitled, upon the terms and subject to the limitations on exercise and the conditions hereinafter set forth, at any time on or after issuance (the “Initial Exercise Date”) and on or prior to the close of business on the fifth anniversary of the Initial Exercise Date (the “Termination Date”) but not thereafter, to subscribe for and purchase from the Company, one fully paid and non-assessable share of common stock, $0.00001 par value (the “Common Stock”) per Warrant (hereinafter defined as “Warrant” and the “Warrant Shares” underlying such Warrant). The purchase price of one share of Common Stock (the “Exercise Price”) under each Warrant shall be Twenty Cents ($0.20). The purchase right represented by this Warrant expires five years after issuance.

THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE WARRANT CERTIFICATE CERTIFIES that, for value received, Richard O.
