SAMSUNG SDSData Processing Agreement • June 23rd, 2021
This Data Processing Addendum ("Addendum") is incorporated into and forms part of each Principal Agreement between: (i) SAMSUNG SDS CO., LTD. with an office at 125, Olympic-Ro 35-Gil, Songpa-Gu, Seoul, Korea ("SDS") and (ii) you and the entity you represent ("Customer") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Customer Affiliate, unless the parties have entered a separate data processing agreement. The Principal Agreement means any agreement between SDS and Customer under which Services are provided by SDS and SDS processes Personal Data as performance of such agreement. This Addendum only applies when Personal Data is processed by SDS. In this context, SDS will act as "Processor" to Customer who may act either as "Controller" or "Processor" with respect to Personal Data.
