This Agreement being trilateral is accepted and by ARUM TRADE LTD (hereinafter – the Company) and its Clients, who register in the PAMM account system as Investors having intention to invest funds from their investment accounts to accounts of other Clients of the Company who in turn register in the PAMM-account system as Managers with intention to accept finds invested into their trading accounts (hereinafter – Master account) and process and manage the funds in their own interest as well as in the interests of Investors.
