(“Purchaser”), Halo, Purely For Pets, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Sellers (as defined herein) and, in its capacity as Sellers’ Representative in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, HH-Halo LP, a Delaware limited partnership.
