This Decommissioning Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the County Commission of Knox County, Missouri, a political subdivision of the State of Missouri (“County”) and Northeast Missouri Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NEMO”). NEMO and the County are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
