In accordance with Regulation 2 and Regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Rumeration and Conditions of Service) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991 No 481) and under paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service Act 1977 hereby approves the agreement of the General Whitley Council set out in Appendix A, of Section 7 of the General Whitley Council which is attached hereto.
