This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Nebraska Salt & Grain Co., 115 W. 16th St., PO Box 489, Gothenburg, NE 69138(hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated August 25,2016, executed under City Executive Order No. 89746, and County Contract C-16-0472, dated August 23, 2016 for Annual Supply - Road Salt, Bid No. 16-173, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
